Sheen Souq sources all products directly from trusted growers and producers in the Kashmir Valley on a per-demand basis. We do not maintain pre-packed warehouse inventory. Every order is freshly fulfilled specifically for you.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at orders@sheensouq.in or narenderbondili@hotmail.com, or WhatsApp +91 88559 29737 with your Order ID. Once sourcing has commenced (after 12 hours), cancellations are not possible.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (dry fruits, honey, saffron, spices), and our direct farm-to-doorstep sourcing model, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases only:
To raise an exception claim:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — please share your account details when raising the claim.
For online payments, refunds are processed through Razorpay and may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
