We ship across India via trusted courier partners including Ekart Logistics. All orders are carefully packed to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit.

As we source directly from the Kashmir Valley and do not store products in a warehouse, each order is fulfilled fresh on demand. This means slightly longer delivery times compared to warehouse-based stores — but significantly fresher products.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the courier's website.
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases re-shipping charges will apply.
