Sheen Souq Kashmiri Valley Store is a direct-to-consumer brand sourcing authentic Kashmiri dry fruits, nuts, honey, saffron, spices, and wellness products from trusted growers in the Kashmir Valley.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older.
We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to the natural and handcrafted nature of Kashmiri products. These do not constitute defects.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order placement will apply to that order.
All orders are subject to availability. As we source directly from the Kashmir Valley on demand and do not maintain a warehouse, order fulfillment takes 7–10 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
We accept online payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD). A convenience fee of ₹50 applies to COD orders.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural conditions in the Kashmir Valley, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will proactively communicate with you via email or WhatsApp.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
